Mental Health Advocate

I was honored to be the Keynote Speaker alongside The Ontario Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, Michael A. Tibollo. I've spoken on stages across North America and my life mission is to remove stereotypes and myths about mental illness. Being an advocate is important to me because I believe the only way we’re going to remove the judgment and discrimination surrounding mental illness is by sharing our stories.

I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder back in 2007 and it totally took over my life. The journey was a long road to recovery but now I have the tools to manage a healthy balanced life. I have published 2 books on mental health, Shame Over for men's mental health, and A Fresh Start available on Amazon, and in Toronto District and York Region High Schools. I was featured in Hollywood EverTalk TV  held my sold out mental wellness Niagara Falls Luxury Retreat and launched programs for large organizations during the global pandemic helping communities have open conversations around mental health.

In addition, I helped launch live programs for Black men after the murder of George Floyd to help with their mental health. These episodes allowed guests worldwide during the global pandemic to openly share their emotions in a safe judgment free zone. After each session complimentary therapy was offered for men who identified as black.
